Even during breaks and at times when we cannot answer the phone immediately, we will not keep you waiting unnecessarily. You will automatically be given a time when you will be called back.

The emergency line always remains accessible and you can also request a repeat prescription at any time and cancel your appointment 24 hours a day, should the appointment no longer be needed.
