In de praktijk werken meerdere ervaren fysio- en oefentherapeuten. Zij behandelen een breed scala aan klachten en bieden u diverse soorten therapie. Hieronder ziet u een deel van het aanbod. Voor meer informatie kunt u terecht op onze eigen website.
Alle therapeuten zijn aangesloten bij de beroepsverenigingen, bij het Chronisch ZorgNet, FNS-net, Netwerk Chronische Pijn en de regionale samenwerkingsverbanden in Zuid-Kennemerland.
De afspraak wijzigen of afzeggen dient u minimaal 24 uren van te voren te doen. Te laat afgezegde of niet nagekomen afspraken (ongeacht de reden) worden bij u persoonlijk in rekening gebracht en worden niet door de zorgverzekeraar vergoed.
Voor een bezoek aan de fysio- of oefentherapeut heeft u geen verwijsbrief nodig van een (huis)arts. Als u besluit rechtstreeks naar de therapeut te gaan, wordt door de therapeut tijdens de eerste afspraak vastgesteld wat uw gezondheidsprobleem is. Het kan dan zijn dat u wordt doorverwezen worden naar een collega therapeut of huisarts. Wanneer u wel behandeld kunt worden door de fysio- of oefentherapeut dan start deze, in overleg met u, een intake, het onderzoek en de behandeling.
Bij de eerste afspraak neemt u mee:
De therapeut bespreekt met u uw gezondheidsprobleem. Hierna zal een onderzoek plaatsvinden en kan het zijn dat u zich hiervoor gedeeltelijk moet uitkleden. Vervolgens worden de resultaten met u besproken en wordt een behandelplan opgesteld.

You can view your data, either through the GP or online. Online, you can view your data using your phone or computer, wherever you are. You log in to a secure website or app. You will see key information such as your diseases, your medications and results of tests.
If you have any questions about your results, you should call the practice yourself. Add the ‘’Call for an appointment’’ button, note white letters should be used.
For less urgent complaints, you can send us an e-Consult. Our practice will then usually answer your query within 72. Since you do not call, this saves us incoming calls and helps us spread out crowds.

Your (GP) doctor and pharmacies can connect their computers to the National Switch Point (LSP). Through the LSP, they can share your medical data. Another healthcare provider can view those medical details. The video below briefly explains how the LSP works when you come to the GP surgery.
