Go to the website of ATALmedical
Atalmedial is the medical diagnostic laboratory that tests blood, urine and other bodily materials in the Midden-Holland, Haarlem, Leiden and Amsterdam regions.
The doctor will give you an application form. With that form, you will have blood drawn by the Atalmedial staff member and/or give your urine. After testing, Atalmedial sends the results to your GP or specialist. Usually, an agreement has been made with your doctor when you can call for the results or an appointment has been made with you for your next visit. In addition to the request form, your insurance details are also important. Please bring these with you to the visit. Please check your details on the application form to ensure that they are entered correctly in the records.
We are open for new registrations. Please fill in the form completely. You will receive an email confirmation from our practice within 72 hours.
Do you have any further questions? Then you can make a call-back appointment by phone.
Please contact our doctor's assistant for this.
You can view your data, either through the GP or online. Online, you can view your data using your phone or computer, wherever you are. You log in to a secure website or app. You will see key information such as your diseases, your medications and results of tests.
If you have any questions about your results, you should call the practice yourself. Add the ‘’Call for an appointment’’ button, note white letters should be used.
For less urgent complaints, you can send us an e-Consult. Our practice will then usually answer your query within 72. Since you do not call, this saves us incoming calls and helps us spread out crowds.
