You can request a repeat prescription in 3 ways:
Put the medicine box with label in the letterbox on the outside of the building at the entrance to Pharmacy Meerwijk. (So not those at the entrance of the health centre).
You will be notified by email or text message, with the collection code you can go to the pharmacy.

If there is a repeat number on the medicine's label, you can request your repeat via the website

For multiple medicines after keying in the number, close with a hash (#). Please note that every repeat number is different.
You can also order repeat prescriptions via the GP phone number. You can then call in your prescriptions via option 2. You can also order prescriptions during the day via the assistant. You will receive a message by e-mail or text message, with the pick-up code you can go to the pharmacy.
We are open for new registrations. Please fill in the form completely. You will receive an email confirmation from our practice within 72 hours.

You can view your data, either through the GP or online. Online, you can view your data using your phone or computer, wherever you are. You log in to a secure website or app. You will see key information such as your diseases, your medications and results of tests.
If you have any questions about your results, you should call the practice yourself. Add the ‘’Call for an appointment’’ button, note white letters should be used.
For less urgent complaints, you can send us an e-Consult. Our practice will then usually answer your query within 72. Since you do not call, this saves us incoming calls and helps us spread out crowds.

Check with your GP or pharmacy whether they offer MijnGezondheid.net. To complement the MijnGezondheid.net patient portal, you can use the MedGemak app.
