Repeat medication

You can request a repeat prescription in 3 ways:

Put the medicine box with label in the letterbox on the outside of the building at the entrance to Pharmacy Meerwijk. (So not those at the entrance of the health centre).

You will be notified by email or text message, with the collection code you can go to the pharmacy.

Repeat at any time via Myhealth.net

Is there a repeat number on the label?

If there is a repeat number on the medicine's label, you can request your repeat via the website
(see window below):

Instruction:

  • Left box: enter the four digits of your year of birth, e.g. 1970
  • Right-hand box: the repeat number (without dots)
  • Click on the Request medication button

For multiple medicines, you then only need to enter the repeat number of the medicine to be requested.
Please note that each repeat number is different.

You will be notified by e-mail or text message; with the collection code, you can go to the pharmacy.
If the above instruction fails, you can request the medicine through the pharmacy form.

Is there no repeat number on the label?

Use the pharmacy form to request your prescription.
You will be notified by e-mail or text message; with the collection code, you can go to the pharmacy.

This applies to all patients, who collect their medicines from pharmacy Meerwijk with a repeat number on the label. If there is a repeat number on the label of your medicine, you can request your repeat via the prescription line. Phone number: 088-0800174

  • You will be asked to enter the 4 digits of your year of birth and end with a hash (#)
  • You will then be asked to enter the repeat number and end with a hash (#)

For multiple medicines after keying in the number, close with a hash (#). Please note that every repeat number is different.

You can also order repeat prescriptions via the GP phone number. You can then call in your prescriptions via option 2. You can also order prescriptions during the day via the assistant. You will receive a message by e-mail or text message, with the pick-up code you can go to the pharmacy.
