What do we do with your complaint?<\/h6>

The most important thing is to see with you whether the complaint can be resolved to your satisfaction. Another factor is that we use your complaint to improve our services if necessary. For the purpose of its complaints procedure, Schalkwijk Health Centre has established a procedure by which a complaint is handled. This procedure states, among other things, that a complaint must be dealt with in a maximum of four weeks<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What if Schalkwijk Health Centre's complaints procedure does not provide relief?<\/h6>

It may happen that you are dissatisfied with the outcome of Health Centre Schalkwijk's handling of your complaint in which case you can submit your complaint to the complaints committee to which the care provider concerned is affiliated. It is best to discuss your complaint with the person involved first. You tell them what you are dissatisfied about and the person involved will then have the opportunity to change certain things or explain the course of events to you. You may reach a solution in such a discussion. If the complaint is not resolved, you can submit the complaint to the Health Centre.
