From 1 August, our practice’s opening hours have changed. This will enable us to continue to provide you with the best possible care, both now and in the future.

You can call us from Monday to Friday between 8.00 am to 3.00 pm. The 3rd floor is closed on Wednesday afternoons and the 2nd floor is closed on Thursday afternoons.

You can call us for:

• an appointment;
• A question;
• if you need a repeat prescription. It is best to request this through your pharmacy or online via the patient portal; see gcschalkwijk.nl

For urgency We are always available between 08:00 and 5.00 pm. You can call your GP’s number and press option 1.

The reception desk is open from 8.05 am to 3.00 pm. Appointments can no longer be made at the reception desk. Please make appointments by telephone. After 3.00 pm, the reception is closed and you will no longer be able to speak to the receptionist.

You can also sort out a lot of things yourself via MyHealth.net or the MedGemak app. There, you can:

• make an appointment;
• request a repeat prescription;
• send a message to the nurse or your GP.
