Dietician practice JuBel is an independently established solo practice within the Schalkwijk health centre in Haarlem. Judith van Barneveld is the dietician.
The dietician specialises in:
In the first meeting, we discuss together your request for help, your (medical) complaints, any medication use, your eating habits and your personal circumstances. Based on this information, the dietician will draw up a treatment plan in consultation with you and you will be given personal dietary advice and, if desired, a nutrition plan.
In the following discussions, the dietician will guide you in changing your diet. Advice on eating on special occasions is also discussed. For example, eating out, parties and going on holiday. Other lifestyle factors may also be discussed, such as exercise, sleep, stress and relaxation.
Where necessary, there is collaboration with your GP and/or your practice nurse within the Health Centre. We also collaborate with disciplines such as the physiotherapist, POH-GGZ, psychologist and speech therapist. The aim is always a multidisciplinary approach so that you receive the best possible help.
The dietitian will report her findings to your GP/practice nurse and/or to your treating specialist.
